➡️Contract Terms and Conditions for Website Copy Co-Writing 

1. Alex Alcon agrees to provide to the Client with a web copy co-writing service as set forth in the attached Schedule A.
   
    
2. Alex Alcon  acknowledges that she may receive confidential information owned by the Client or others (“Confidential Information”) during the course of providing the Services. She agrees she will not, at any time during or after the term of this Agreement (or any Schedule), disclose to any third party or use for any purpose not intended by this Agreement any such Confidential Information. 
   
    
3. Alex Alcon’s services are provided hereunder as an independent contractor.  She shall not be deemed for any purpose to be an employee of the Client.  
   
    
4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States of America.
   
    
5. If the client would like to purchase an additional page, rewrite, or session at a discounted cost, the purchase must be made within 90 days of initial work delivery.
   
    
6. The included revision round must be requested within 7 days of initial delivery of the work before becoming null and void - extension may be granted up to 14 days at the discretion of Alex Alcon.
   
    
7. This document constitutes the entire Agreement between Alex and Client. No other promises, representations, or agreements, written or oral, shall apply.
    
8. Checking the terms and conditions agreement box constitutes the client's full knowledge and agreement to this contract as written.

SCHEDULE A: Description of Responsibilities:

• Initial 1 hour video meeting for 1 page copy
• Initial 90 minute video meeting for 3 - 5  page copy
• work will be delivered within 7 to 10 days of initial meeting
• work will be directly implemented onto client website
• one revision request to include light edits and adjustments
• formatting and design not included / but may have slight adjustments

 

Notes and Client Responsibilites: 

• Prior to initial meeting, client will provide login access to the website, or grant collaborative access and let me know they’ve done it.
   
• Once initial work is delivered, client will be notified via email to check their site. Any revision requests should be submitted via email within 7 days. Client has 90 days to request an additional page, revision, or meeting at their one-off cost. Afterwards, client would need to purchase an additional co-copy package.

3. Client must fill out provided questionnaire at least 12 hours prior to scheduled meeting. If client does not, meeting will be rescheduled up to 2x.   
    
4. Market Maps must be used within 90 days of purchase or become void. 
    
5. Client has 5 days of follow up to ask questions / seek calrity on anything we discussed. After 5 days, client would need to book an Alchemy session for further feedback 
    
6. This document constitutes the entire Agreement between Alex and Client. No other promises, representations, or agreements, written or oral, shall apply.
    
7. Checking the terms and conditions agreement box constitutes the client's full knowledge and agreement to this contract as written.
